1. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and billing information (processed through Stripe — we never store full card numbers).

Brand Assets: Your logo, brand colors, service menu, and no-show policy.

Client Information: When clients book through your @handle, we collect their name, phone number, email, and a payment method token (held by Stripe).

Usage Data: We collect analytics about how the Service is used (page views, bookings, features used) to improve the platform.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• To process transactions and send booking confirmations
• To send automated reminders and notifications
• To communicate with you about your account and the Service
• To detect, prevent, and address technical issues and fraud
• To comply with legal obligations

3. Payment Processing

All payment processing is handled by Stripe. We never store full credit card numbers on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy and security practices govern the processing of payment data. We receive only tokenized payment references and transaction status information.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Service providers who help us operate the platform (hosting, analytics, email delivery)
• Stripe for payment processing
• Law enforcement if required by law or to protect our rights

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Upon cancellation, we retain a backup of your data for 30 days, after which it is permanently deleted. Client booking data is retained for the duration of your account plus 90 days.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your data (subject to legal retention requirements)

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies to operate the Service (session management, authentication). We may use analytics cookies to understand usage patterns. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may prevent the Service from functioning properly.

8. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted data at rest, and regular security audits. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Third-Party Links

The Service may contain links to third-party sites (Stripe, Google Calendar). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
