Is LaunchBook actually built or is this vaporware?
The marketing site is live at launchbook.app. The booking flow, Stripe Connect, onboarding, and migration tools are being built now. We're not starting from zero — the foundation is in place and we're on track for September 15.
What if you abandon the project after I pay?
We won't. But if the worst happens, we refund every dollar. Our reputation matters more than a pre-sale.
What's the catch with the 2.75% processing fee?
That's how we make money. You pay 2.75% on every booking. That's it. No markup. No annual increase. No fee if nobody books you. Stripe charges 2.9% + $0.30 — we charge less than Stripe. There is no catch.
I already use Vagaro/Booksy/Fresha. Can I switch?
Yes. We'll help you import your services, hours, and client list as part of the migration concierge. Your existing clients reach you at a new link. The savings come from no marketplace commissions and no monthly subscription — plus auth-hold protection that covers no-shows.
What does "lifetime" mean?
LaunchBook exists as long as we're in business. As a lifetime member, your monthly subscription is waived forever. The only fee you'll ever pay is 2.75% per booking. If we ever change this, refunds will be issued.
What if I don't want lifetime — can I just pay monthly?
Yes. Regular monthly pricing ($22.99/mo self-serve, $32.99/mo white-glove) is available after the pre-sale ends. But you'll pay more in the first year than the Wave 1 price, and every year after that.
