What do I need to get started?

How long does setup take?
Self-Serve: minutes — upload your assets and you're live with your @handle. White-Glove: one afternoon — we build everything, you review, done.
What if I don't have a website?
LaunchBook gives you a branded booking page at launchbook.app/@yourname. Use the link anywhere — Instagram bio, Google Business Profile, Facebook.

Is there a contract?
No. Cancel anytime. Your data and client list stay yours.
Are there hidden fees?
No. $0 setup on Self-Serve, $120 one-time for White-Glove. From $24.99/month, 2.75% per booking. No per-staff fees.
Will the price go up?
The $24.99/month Self-Serve price is locked in the moment you join. Sign up now, your price never goes up.
What payment methods do clients use?
All major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay — powered by Stripe Connect.

What is an @handle?
Your unique booking URL: launchbook.app/@yourname. Put it in your Instagram bio — one link, your brand.
Can I migrate from Fresha, Vagaro, or Booksy?
Yes. We'll export your service menu and transition your workflow.
Can I embed booking on my existing site?
Yes. A single script tag embeds the branded booking widget on any website.
